2. Common Land Project Overview 1.2 ACRES 3 PHASE PROJECT (w/ potential for future improvements) INTENT: To make improvements to Lot 8 which sits at the southeast corner of Ashumet Valley and revitalize what was a long-standing playground to a multi-use community area ideal for Annual Meetings

4. PHASE 1- Land Survey Land Survey was conducted in Nov 2018 Stake/markers laid to delineate the property line Several encroachments that have since been resolved

5. PHASE 2- Land Clearing Peter J Govoni Landservices Cut and chip all trees as discussed Remove all woodchips and logs from site Excavate stumps and dispose of stumps off-site Haul back 100 yards of wood chips and dump on-site at no charge Total: $9,250 Deposit of $4,625

6. PHASE 3- Grass/Hydroseed Installment Hydroseed Hydroseeding averages $2,000 per acre Grass Seed Avg $900 per acre for seed Avg $180 Starter Fertilizer
