Inculcating Ethical Culture- Through Governance We the Guardians of Good Governance-Under the Banner and Auspices of CIGFARO & Partners At: Primary Level: - - Bound by our ethical Compass Bound by our Moral Compass - - - - Secondary Level: Professional Code of Practise Code of Conduct of employee Statutory Code of Conduct

  3. Inculcating Ethical Culture- Through Governance AFFIRM THAT: Ethical Leadership entails Leaders being /a key source of ethical guidance for those lead in an elected and appointed capacities. Further confirm that will promote ethical dimension of leadership with its members and key stakeholders Affirms that developing a reputation for ethical leadership pays dividends in strenghtening governance and increased employee commitment, satisfaction, and employee ethical conduct at levels in the furtherance of public benefit, public interest and public protection. Affirms that unethical the leaders who we seek to develop in our respective proffessios will talk and the talk, and walk the walk), the leader will make ethics and values an explicit part of the leadership agenda.

Inculcating Ethical Culture- Through Governance We Declare: Political Leadership-to Uphold our Oath office As the Executive ( MEC, MMC, Exco and Executive Mayors) As Speakers to hold the Executive Accountable As oversight (Scopa, MPAC and others) to hold accountable those do not uphold their codes and enforce compliance Audit Committees to Provide Assurance to all structures in accordance with the laws of the republic Practitioners( Audit, Risk and Performance Specialist ) our Professional Code of Practice Senior Managers ( Accounting Oficers) Our statutory codes of ethics and Conduct We Support ; The training Initiatives of CIGFARO and any Advocacy Programs in realising this Ideal
