The Delaware One-Stop System brings together various workforce development, educational, and human resource services to provide seamless customer-focused assistance, with the goal of enhancing access to programs and improving long-term employment outcomes. Partners in the system offer integrated services to individuals, aligning to provide workers with skills and support for sustainable employment and employers with skilled workforce solutions. Physical One-Stop locations include Department of Labor offices in Wilmington, Newark, Dover, and Georgetown, serving as hubs for comprehensive resources and support.

Welcome What is the One-Stop System? The One-Stop system brings together workforce development, educational, and other human resource services in a seamless customer-focused service delivery network that enhances access to the programs' services and improves long-term employment outcomes for individuals receiving assistance. One- stop partners administer separately funded programs as a set of integrated streamlined services to customers. Its all of you! Vision: Work in alignment and coordination to provide Delaware s workers with the skills, credentials, and support necessary to secure and advance in employment with family-sustaining wages and to provide local employers with the skilled workers the employers need to succeed in a global economy. 2

Welcome Career Lattices Web-based interactive tools located in Delaware Joblink that provides occupational and labor market information for jobseekers to explore. Designed to create awareness and introduce options for adults impacted by an evolving workforce. Bonus features if you have a jobseeker account (i.e recommends occupations that the customer may not have considered based on skilled entered in their resume.)
