  1. My name is Miss Jasmin Crawford and I am excited to pursue my first year of teaching as a First Grade teacher at Caughman Road Elementary. I am a native of Columbia, South Carolina and a product of Richland School District 2, where I am a proud graduate of Richland Northeast High School. I am also a recent 2020 graduate of the College of Charleston where I received my Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. I look forward to building relationships with my team, the staff, the parents and most importantly the amazing students. As an educator, I strive to advocate, motivate and make a difference in the lives of not only our future generations to come but also our current generation! Jasmin Crawford

  2. My name is Liz Yarbrough! I am so excited to be a part of the Caughman Comet family! I will be one of the Lower Elementary Montessori teachers. I went to USC where I earned my degree in Elementary Education. I taught 5th grade for 1 year but most recently worked as an instructional assistant in a Montessori classroom. When I m not in the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to see a movie, and relaxing with my dogs, Lilly and Wrangler, and my cat, Scrappy. Liz Yarbrough

  3. Hello, My name is Kevin Grant Jr. and I will have the pleasure of working with our 5th this year. I am elated to be newly apart of the Caughman Road family. We are looking forward to an exciting year and I am delighted to have your child in my class. The unforeseen future will look different than other school years due to COVID-19. Nevertheless, this year we will have some fun and challenging tasks to help us reach our goals in creative ways. As I will work hard to lead each student to success.   4. Hello Caughman Road Family! My name is Miss Hannah Pappas and I am going to be joining the wonderful Kindergarten team! I grew up in South Carolina, but I moved to Nashville six years ago! I taught Kindergarten for 3 years after I graduated from Welch College! I recently got engaged to Kristopher and we decided to it was time to move home! I have heard MANY great things about Caughman Road and I am so blessed to be apart of this wonderful family! I look forward to getting to know each and every one of you! Hannah Pappas

  5. I am so excited to be a part of the remarkable Caughman Road Elementary Family. Ever since I started teaching, I have been passionate in my commitment to maximizing individual student performance, inspiring students interest in academics, helping students develop holistically and instilling a sense of self-worth among all students. I have dedicated my teaching career to these objectives. As one of the newest elementary teachers at Caughman Road Elementary 2020-2021 school family, I am delighted and looking forward to meeting and working with you all to make this year one of the best at Caughman Road Elementary.
