  4. Way to go Congress. Have great leadership Use strategic planning to focus on long and short term priorities Focus on customers Use measurements and data to make decisions Develop workforce Improve processes Achieve superior results

Growth Management Objectives Revitalization of neighborhoods Integrate park facilities in future residential Promote open space and recreational areas Support proactive planning practices Promote intergovernmental/public/private cooperation Capital Improvements Program Encourage community volunteer participation Continue updating fire and building codes Transportation improvements program Grant programs and innovative funding

  14. Public servants don t burn out because of what they do. They burn out because they forget why they do it.
