  2. Third Sector Interface 32 regional 20 single agencies and 12 partnerships. One mission at their heart to build empowered, resilient communities with a thriving Third Sector. Independent from Scottish Government, but the Government invests in four key areas of work: Volunteering development Social Enterprise Supporting and developing a strong Third Sector Building the Third Sector relationship with community planning development

  4. Dundee Volunteer & Voluntary Action is an independent charity that aims to ensure the Third Sector is robust, resilient and delivers high quality services for the people of Dundee. The TSI provide a wide range of support to Third Sector organisations. The TSI has a primary role in ensuring the Third Sector in Dundee, are: Well governed and managed, to enable them to deliver quality outcomes. Better connected and able to influence and contribute to public policy.

Children and Young People Mental Health & Substance Use Peer Recovery Transforming Employability Social Isolation Volunteer Managers Forum Good Governance Funding and Finance Alcohol & Drug Forum Dundee Partnership Various Strategic Forums National Third Sector Network

  6. Connect We connect individuals and organisations from across the Third, Independent and Statutory sector through our forums and networks. We provide learning and development opportunities for individuals and organisations. Our newsletter, website and social media platforms provide updates relevant to the Sector and wider partner organisations.

  7. Capacity We provide development and management assistance to Third Sector organisations to help develop their capacity so to provide services within the community and achieve positive change. We help with Setting up a new organisation Funding Drafting a constitution or other governing document Developing volunteering capacity Good governance
