The chances of breaking through to the noise can seem practically nonexistent.

STICKY, VIRAL, OR CONTAGIOUS Sticky: content that is developed in order to gain the user s attention and increase the possibility that he or she will share the content with others Viral: any public relations, marketing, or social media technique that induces users to pass messages on to other users, potentially creating exponential growth in the messages visibility and effect. Contagious: spreading or tending to spread messages from one to another through social media, public relations and marketing mechanisms. The idea is to get people talking, sharing, and telling others using word of mouth. Regardless of the definition, the end result is the same professionals need to create content that is sharable.
