INGREDIENTS 2 lbs of buffalo mince (Macamore Buffalo) 2 large eggs (Brian s free range) 2 tbps Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp of salt tsp pepper 2 tbsp. rapeseed oil (Irish of course) 2 oz grated cheese ( wexford cheddar) 3 oz of fine breadcrumbs
METHOD 1.Wash your hands and put on gloves . 2.Put the mince in a mixing bowl. 3.Add the breadcrumbs. 4.Add the cheese. 5.Add the eggs be careful to keep the shells out. 6.Add salt, pepper, oil and Worcestershire sauce. 7.Combine the ingredients. 8.Divide the mixture into 8 equal parts and shape each part into a burger with your hands.
Grill on a George Foreman or pan.
GARNISH Choose your own garnishings . We chose ketchup, onion, lettuce, cheese and Irish burger buns. Yummy !
