and Sat/Sun/Wed for Mites/8U
Well prepared coaches:
Coaches will be prepared with practice plans and ideas ahead of time. Implemented a new program
“Hockey Share” for our lead coaches to communicate to all assistant coaches!
On the Mite Page website, we will have practice plans out there for coaches and parents to see as well.
Skill Development:
Team placement progression skills in November and in the Spring.
Super cool to see how much progress they make.
Adding Coaches comments for each child/parent to read!
This is not rocket science- it is timed drills…so speed
Communication:
From Managers/Coaches to keep you in the loop on what is happening- Never be afraid to ask
FUN:
Most important aspect is to develop a love of the game and continue to show up!
