  5. You are Phonics Detectives! Today we are learning another digraph which makes the oa, sound ow ow blow the snow This digraph makes two sounds. You already know that it makes the ow sound (as in how, cow, brown), but it also makes the oa sound too! Where is the ow sound in these words best bet rule?
