How many fish are there? As the clues appear, use the information to narrow the possibilities to a smaller set. After each clue, use estimation again to determine which of the remaining answers is the most reasonable. Write down your first estimate. After each clue, you ll see if your estimate is still a possibility. After each clue, if it is no longer possible write down a new estimate and be prepared to explain why you chose it. Clue #1 Write down the numbers from 1 to 30. One of those numbers is than answer. Clue #2 Find all the numbers in this pattern and cross them out: 1, 3, 5, 7 Clue #1 Clue #2 Clue #3 Clue #3 less than 11. Cross out all the numbers that are Clue #4 Clue #4 digits 4, 6, or 8. Cross out all the numbers with the Clue #5 Cross out the number that has the same digit in the ones place as in the tens place. Clue #5 Steve Wyborney www.stevewyborney.com
