Transparency provisions in Art. 3 of Regulation 1025/2012 Art. 3(1): At least once a year, each European standardisation organisation and national standardisation body shall establish its work programme [ ]. Art. 3(3): Each European standardisation organisation and national standardisation body shall make its work programme available on its website or any other publicly available website [ ]. Art. 3(4): No later than at the time of publication of its work programme, each European standardisation organisation and national standardisation body shall notify the existence thereof [ ] to the Commission. The Commission shall make that information available to the Member States via the committee referred to in Article 22. DG GROW Unit H3

Commissions dedicated web-tools The Commission publishes the work programmes received from the ESOs and from the NSBs on the web-page: https://single-market-economy.ec.europa.eu/single-market/european-standards/notification- system/work-programmes-standardisation-bodies_en In September 2023, the Commission launched the new Single Notification Window to facilitate compliance with all the notification and reporting obligations contained in EU law (including ESOs and NSBs, in the case of the Standardisation Regulation).   5. Current status of notifications In 2024, we have received the notification of their annual work programmes from most ESOs and NSBs however: ETSI has notified its work programme to the Commission for the last time in 2021 (no notifications since then). From the following 5 NSBs the Commission has never received a notification of their work programmes: CR (Bulgaria) TTJA (Estonia) TRAFICOM (Finland) DG GROW Unit H3 ITS (Sweden) Nkom (Norway)
