  9. WHY? AMEs are not psychologist or psychiatrist Interpretations are subjective Better ways to detect a psyque sick pilot

  11. ICAO proposed psyche testing Targeted questions and interview? that may detect a psychological illness You have to be relly sick to say yes!!! It's too late if the pilot is already saying yes!!!

  12. AME AMEs does not have or are required to have aviation psychology graduate training Nor required to be aerospace medicine specialists in most of the countries Airline medical departments are mostly runned by occupational medicine Psychologist works for human resources departments

  13. The real psyche test Day to day performance (Flight to Flight) Abscenstism Pilot that fails or is having issues in a current training Short - Mid - Lomg term memory Stress? Fatigue?

  14. Who's the right one? Psyche testing should not be unilaterally performed, it should involve the Pilot Association and aviation medicine / aviation psychologist specialists
