Every Incident Begins Locally Municipal Powers of Local Self-Government Municipalities shall have authority to exercise all powers of local self-government and to adopt and enforce within their limits such local police, sanitary, and other similar regulations, as are not in conflict with general laws.

Situational Awareness 1.RHCs to request Bed Availability 2.Requests for Information 3.Situation Report
Information Sharing Distribution of Sit Rep. Coordinate with OEMA for inclusion of additional ESF partners. ODH will notify GLHP.
Resource Management EOC Activation. Availability of Resources in Coordination with OEMA. ODH POC for allocation and distribution of state medical resources at warehouse.
