What are the rules/principles around using those services? Are there legal/financial/ethical/organisational bottlenecks that would hinder your participation as a service provider in EOSC? Do different service types (for example, cloud, training, databases, interoperability) require different Principles of Engagement? How can cost-recovery be managed, especially for access to services provided in a different country to where researchers are based?
