  18. Creative Communication/Music Creative Communication/Music God given ability to communicate through different art forms. Kairos example: music leaders, website creators, communication coordinator.

  19. Faith Faith God given ability to believe God for the unlikely Loves easily Willing to risk Kairos example: table leaders, chapel servants, prayer partners

  20. Mercy Mercy God given capacity to hurt for those who hurt and do whatever is necessary to help relieve them from their distress. Kairos example-table leaders, spiritual directors, SWAP groups (KO), Prayer and Share (Inside), Mentors (Torch)

  21. Giving Giving God given desire and ability to contribute monetary and material resources to benefit ministry Kairos example: Angels, partners with ministry, fundraisers

  22. Hospitality Hospitality God given desire to provide an environment of inclusion for new and needy people. Makes others feel comfortable Kairos example-SWAP groups (KO), reunions, torchbearers, previous inside brothers, previous guests

  23. Leadership Leadership God given ability to stand confidently in a position of authority to lead, attract, and motivate people to accomplish their ministry. Usually visionaries, see the big picture , able to delegate, deeply passionate about a cause Kairos example-Weekend leader, Kairos Advisory Chair, State Reps

  24. Prayer/Intercessors Prayer/Intercessors Special ability to pray effectively Often pray regularly and for extended periods of time prayer warriors Kairos example: spiritual directors, chapel servants, prayers chain participants, prayer teams
