Next PIT Count Planning
Decision-Making for Next PIT Count Will the Sacramento CoC conduct its next unsheltered PIT in 2023 or 2024? Next possible- 2023, Mandated- 2024 Decision-Making Criteria Funding- CoC Planning Grant, Other Funding? SSF Capacity Community Capacity Next Steps Staff will return with a criteria matrix and recommendations
PIT Research RFP Whether the CoC conducts its next unsheltered PIT in 2023 or 2024, we will need to conduct a competitive process to select our research partner. The RFP under which CSUS was selected expired with the 2022 cycle. This fact leads to the need for additional SSF capacity sooner in the PIT count planning process to draft and release an RFP and requires additional time for all interested research partners to respond to the opportunity.
