E-learning OHS training is mandatory for all students at Wroclaw University, failure to complete it on time may affect studies. Only asymptomatic individuals not under quarantine are allowed on campus. Students must follow government guidelines in classes, use their own accessories, and follow specific regulations provided by teachers. Hand disinfection is crucial before and after classes.

  2. NOTE E-learning OHS training courses for all students starting their studies are treated as one of the obligatory examinations. Failure to complete this training on time may result in the notcompletion of the semester and not being allowed to continue studying.

  3. At the university may stay only persons: -without any symptoms suggesting an infectious disease; -which are not under official quarantine or isolation. 3

  4. During classes, students are required to comply with all government and University recommendations and guidelines, under the threat of not being able to participate in classes. In particular are legally required to cover their mouths and nose in public buildings; unless the student is considered to be unable to cover their mouth or nose due to: a) developmental disorders, mental disorders, moderate, severe or profound intellectual disability, b) difficulties in covering or uncovering the mouth or nose independently, c) advanced neurological diseases, respiratory or circulatory system diseases, 4

  5. In rooms intended for learning, persons other than university staff or students are not allowed to stay 5

  6. Each student is required to use their own accessories necessary for the efficient and effective implementation of classes. You cannot borrow other participants' items. 6

  7. Before the start of each sequence of classes, teacher, informs students about regulations and instructions regarding this specific classes/labs, including the rules applicable during the pandemic. 7

  8. Before, and After completing the classes, remember to disinfect your hands according to the instructions. Dispensers for disinfectant liquid are located in many places in the corridors of buildings. 8

  9. Please remember to keep social distance in all generally accessible parts of buildlngs, i.e. corridors. Now it ic aprox. 1,5 m. 9

  10. Each building or building complex has a designated room where a person can be isolated in the event of disease symptoms, if their health condition requires it. 10

  11. In a situation where a student shows symptoms suggesting COVID-19 during the course, the teacher is obliged to remove the student from classes and immediately inform the Faculty's dean's office about the situation. The student will be directed to the place of residence with an order of medical consultation, and in the case of very poor health condition, to an isolation room, which is in every building. 11

  12. If the student requires an individual assistant to study, these people are also obliged to keep their distance except when is not possible due to assistant duties. 12

  13. students are obliged to immediately notify the dean's office by e-mail or telephone: about the symptoms indicating the possibility of infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Also about official quarantine or isolation which has been imposed on them. 13

  14. Students who have the symptoms of Covid-19, and have been at the University in the last 10 days are obliged to immediately create a list of contact persons from the University and a list of full-time classes in which they participated (during the last 10 days). 14

  15. IN THE DORM In the event of disturbing symptoms suggesting COVID-19 infection, you should stay in your room, inform the dormitory manager and contact your primary care physician by phone. 15

  16. The Dormitory Department, after receiving information about suspected infection, sends the student to the quarantine room or instructs him / her to self-isolate in the room he / she occupies. 16

  17. The OHS Department will contact the interested Dean's Offices and provide them with the necessary information and guidelines on the basis of the contact list. 17

  18. Studenst After Contact with a person diagnosed with COVID-19 infection should contact the sanitary and epidemiological station and undergo self- isolation pending further guidance. Rember about self-monitoring of the health condition and in the event of noticing symptoms characteristic of COVID-19 disease, immediately contact the primary care physician and notify the dormitory manager / reception desk by phone. (unless they have been vaccinated for covid-19 or have been sick in last 6 months). 18

  19. People under quarantine or isolation will be provided with the basic daily necessities and meals according to the rules established by the management of the Dormitory Department. 19

  20. Only persons accommodated may stay on the premises of the dormitory. It is not possible to bring in people who are not accommodated, including parents. 20

  21. Bringing unaccompanied people into the dormitory will be treated as exposing residents to loss of health or life with all its consequences. 21
