Lesson 3: How do we reduce, reuse, and refuse plastic products? What s happening to the population? 1) What is happening to the world s population? Global population in billions of people. (UN Data) 2) What might happen to food prices? 3) What might happen to the cost of goods, such as clothes?
Lesson 3: How do we reduce, reuse, and refuse plastic products? Finite (limited) resources The population is growing . But so is consumerism. People in developing countries are becoming wealthier, wanting more clothes and devices. Yet, the amount of resources on Earth is fixed.
