This presentation discusses the efforts of the International Library and Cultural Exchange Interest Group in promoting cultural understanding and collaboration through library partnerships and activities.   4. International Library and Cultural Exchange Interest Group Grants ILCE-IG offers grants to Colorado Libraries and individuals. With a global focus, it encourages projects that foster relationships between Colorado Libraries and those of other countries; help develop & maintain libraries for the use of disadvantaged communities in foreign countries; celebrate international cultures through cooperation with libraries in other countries, and to celebrate non- dominant cultures living in Colorado.
