EU Coal Regions Exchange: Pitch Presentation Guidelines for Matchmaking Session

In the upcoming matchmaking session on December 10th, 2021, representatives from EU coal regions will have the opportunity to pitch their ideas for potential exchanges and engage in discussions. Participants are required to prepare a formal pitch slide by December 6th, stick to a strict 90-second time limit, and follow the provided template. The session aims to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among regions facing similar challenges in coal-related transition. Contacts for proposing exchanges must be included on the slide.

In order to allow all participants to have one initial pitch, it is necessary to strongly formalise the pitches and stick to the timing. To get the most of out of the session we hence ask you to: Please prepare one slide to present your pitch (please use the next slide as a template) Please send your final slide to exchangeEU@coalregions.eu by 6 December Please deliver your pitch in maximum90 seconds Please use the next slide as a template for your pitch. Note that slides 3 and 4 are illustrative (fictitious) examples, which may help you to fill in the template. In case of questions, please contact exchangeeu@coalregions.eu
