4. The deliberate destruction or defacement of another person s property. AKA Malicious Mischief Vandalism Can be a felony or a misdemeanor.

5. Larceny The unlawful taking of another person s property with the intent to steal Grand Larceny A felony Theft of something above a certain value Petty larceny A misdemeanor Theft of anything below a certain value
