CEPLIS wants to play a decisive role in supporting the professions while using the opportunities offered by the digital revolution, and in order to do that, we believe the Liberal professions sector needs: A continuous professional training which must be more attentive to combining ethics and technology; Better Codes of conduct and high ethical standards to emerge in the sector of Liberal Professions; A better system of auto-regulation; A better communication within the public amministration to facilitate and improve the work of professionals. Conclusions The transition process towards the digital economy calls the professionals to play a new role; The values of trust, competence, respect and responsibility that characterize our activity must be codified by artificial intelligence and be included into the digitalization era; Citizens depend on our work, they trust us, and we need to provide them the best service.
