  2. EXGA 2018 Good feedback received on the ExGA 2018. It had been an excellent event and provided a very good level of knowledge exchange and detail on the activities of the Association. Due to negative feedback on the Irish Institute in Leuven the venue for the extended Extraordinary General Assembly in 2019 should take place at the Park Inn Leuven located by Leuven Station.

  3. GA 2018 Management Board were very positive about the session on Authoritative data and felt the paper coming out of that session would be very valuable. The Board recommended the number of vacant seat to be filled at the General Assembly should be four to take the number on member on the Board back to nine. ( 3 permanent members and 6 others ) GB, Germany, France,
