So what is Archer conference?
 
A yearly event to focus on our professional development as classroom
practitioners.
 
It’s a chance for us to stop, pause and reflect on our teaching practice.
 
Reflect on teaching and learning in our classrooms, department areas
and whole school.
 
Share resources and ideas that we can implement in our lessons.
 
 
Outcomes
 
To consult on, review and develop the Teaching, Learning, Assessment & Feedback
Policy for September 2018.
 
To develop departmental development plan priorities in advance of September.
 
To secure a shared understanding of the Ofsted agenda and being inspection ready.
 
To share a range of teaching and learning strategies to impact on student
engagement and progress in the classroom.
