  3. Classification/ Introduction of Staff: .

Laws/Rules/Governing Civil Servants The appointment, promotion and transfer of the Ministerial/Menial staff is govern under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer), Rules 1989. Similarly, the Judicial Estacada District Judiciary (Edition-2021) V-II also reflects different laws/rules in respect of guiding principles of District Judiciary officers/officials.

  5. Command & Control In case of negligence, malpractice, corruption, willful absence and other violations/misconducts by the officers/officials, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government Servants (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 2011 shall come into force to initiate disciplinary proceedings.

  6. Performance Evaluation Report Performance Evaluation Report: Performance Evaluation Report (PER) is tool to check and balance/ control & Supervision of officers/officials. The performance evaluation report is designed to put down on paper a summary of these day-to-day evaluations and is intended to help the supervisor form these evaluations as objectively as possible. Every day worked, every assignment completed gives the supervisor a chance to observe how well duties are performed.

  8. Performance Evaluation Report (PER) Performance Evaluation Report (PER) is tool to check and balance/ control & Supervision of officers/officials.   9. Superintendent to District & Sessions Judge. To maintain service record of staff whom the D&SJ is appointing authority. i) Submission of blank PER of staff. ii) iii) Scrutiny of fresh appeals, plaints etc. iv) To check and control the Process Serving Agency and to check register of processes. To check account of Nazir. v) vi) All correspondence pertaining to court of District & Sessions Judge. vii) Checking and verification of copies issued by the Sessions Courts. viii) General supervision of entire staff.

Clerk of the Court (COC) To maintain service record of staff whom the Senior Civil Judge is appointing authority. i) Submission of blank PER of staff. ii) iii) Scrutiny of fresh appeals, plaints etc. iv) Monthly checking of register of processes. All correspondence pertaining to court of Senior Civil Judge. v) vi) Maintenance of staff and general correspondence register. vii) Maintenance of management files.

  11. Senior Scale Stenographer & Junior Scale Stenographer i) Dictation of Judgments. ii) In camp carries clerical duties.

Reader/Assistant/Senior Clerk: i) Preparation of cause list. ii) To check court fee and proper stamp on appeals, plaints etc. iii) Giving Parcha Yadasht. iv) Information to parties & witnesses about next date. v) Preparation of lists of connected cases. vi) Signing of summons, if authorized by Presiding Officer. vii) Certificates regarding diet money before consignment.

  13. Reader/Assistant/Senior Clerk: xiii) Noting number of case on application involving a deposit in Sherifs petty account. ix) Issuance of certificate to government servants, in case has been credited to government treasury. x) Maintenance of register of dates. xi) Maintenance of register of dates, fine, attendance, appointment of commission, return of documents/ plaints. xii) Judicial fines to be deposited daily & monthly statement of fine to be submitted after verification.

  14. Computer Operator: i) Judgment writing. ii) Automated cause list. (via CFMS) iii) Periodical statements. iv) Other computer related jobs.

  15. Muharrir/Junior Clerk: Custodian of register pertaining to different category i) of cases. Consignment of decided cases and registers to record room. ii) iii) Periodical statements. iv) Receiving and dispatching of all files to and from other courts. Compilation of files. v)

  16. Accountant/Nazir: Budget estimates. To keep the signatures of all the Presiding Officers. i) ii) iii) Preparation of pay and T.A bills. iv) Preparation of contingent bills. Correspondence pertaining to financial matters. v) vi) Preparation of expenditure statement. vii) Quarterly fine statement. viii) Monthly reconciliation of all deposits in treasury.

  17. Civil Nazir: Civil Courts deposit accounts. To keep jewels and portable property brought in the court. iii) All the matters pertaining to Sheriffs petty account and deposit of cash on daily and monthly basis. iv) To maintain register of receipts and cash book etc. To maintain correspondence regarding payment of diet money and other similar matters. vi) Budget estimates. vii) To keep signatures of all Presiding Officers. viii) Monthly reconciliation of all deposits in treasury. i) ii) v)

  18. Naib Nazir: Deal with road and diet money in outlying court. i) ii) Consignment of register to Record Room. iii) Custody of registers. iv) Particulars to be noted on process issued.

  19. English Clerk: Issue & receipt of concerned dak. Prepares all correspondence. i) ii) iii) Annual return of petition writers. iv) Maintenance of register of correspondence. Incharge of library. v) vi) Prepare all indents.

  20. Bailiff: Process of warrants (delivery, arrest, attachment etc.) i) To note particulars on process issued. ii) iii) Maintenance of Bailiff Note Book & checking.

  21. Process Server: Service of summons. i) Service of warrants of attachment, arrest & sale in ii) certain cases. iii) Procedure when processes returned served or unserved iv) Payment of diet money to witnesses.

  22. Chowkidar: i) Watching building & courts record. Sweeper: Sweeping the court premises. i) Mali: i) Gardening.
