This session focuses on helping students identify and explore a range of emotions, understand how emotions affect the body, practice the "Take Five" strategy for emotional management, and learn to manage emotions in different situations. With engaging activities and practical strategies, students can enhance their emotional awareness and regulation skills. Practice at home includes using the Take Five strategy and mindfulness exercises to cope with strong emotions positively.
