  3. 3 Snapshot #1: Leveraging the Integrated Data System & Collaborative Model Common Reporting = Increased Efficiency, Communication, & Higher Return on Time with Clients Collaborative Model = Flexibility and Adaptation to the Unique Needs of Working Families The passionate pursuit of social innovation, impact, and justice.

  4. 4 Snapshot #2: Hope, Financial Coaching, & Financial Capability Hope: Goals, Alternative Pathways, & Agency/Self-Determination Children with one parent stably employed have higher scores on future Expectations Financial capability scores improve over time The passionate pursuit of social innovation, impact, and justice.

  5. 5 Snapshot #3: Mental Health & Well-Being Wave 1- Wave 2: Lower rates of anxiety and depression six months after starting the intervention. Change is likely due to an increased sense of mattering. Mattering: The sense that we are a significant part of the world around us.
