  3. This is John. Describe him in three sentences. Describe the dog in three sentences.

  4. John is a smart boy. He is fair. He wears spectacles. In the first sentence, the word John is a noun. In the second and third sentences, we have used another word to refer to John - He Here, He is a pronoun used instead of a noun. So, a pronoun is a word that is used instead of a noun. Examples: He, She, It etc

  6. Personal Pronoun Personal pronoun replace the nouns that refer to people or things. Example: Tara met my brother in the market. She told him the good news

  12. Demonstrative Pronoun Demonstrative pronoun are words which are used to point at objects or people. Examples: These are my friends. Those are my sisters. This is a pen. That is a pencil.
