Incubation teams affiliated with the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Macau must disclose their relationship and status during external activities. Any violations will result in immediate termination. Non-incubation teams recommended by the Centre must also declare their affiliations. The incubation project template provides information on team members, intellectual property ownership, and funding sources.

Notice Incubation Teams During the incubation period, in any external connections and occasions, the team must clearly and actively make known to all parties and acknowledge such facts related to the status of the incubation company as the company is now under incubation of the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the University of Macau , the team members are professors, staff, students or alumni of the University of Macau , source of funding (if any) and the ownership of intellectual property .

Notice Incubation Teams Such external connections and occasions include but are not limited to entrepreneurial competitions, roadshows, exhibitions, exchanges, collaboration/ investment negotiations. Any violation once found and confirmed will lead to immediate termination of incubation, and the persons involved will be suspended from this incubation programme for two years. In addition, the involved persons will be suspended from participating in entrepreneurial programmes organized by the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship for 2 years in accordance with the relevant regulations, such as competitions, activities and incubation programme. Under the incubation of the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, the company has successfully expanded the company s layout and structure.
