Vision Statement LONG TERM VISION To develop 1 million affordable smart homes in the 100 Smart Cities and 500 Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 AMRUT (Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation) cities of India in a phased manner by 2040 in line with central government s vision of housing for all. MID TERM VISION To develop 100,000 affordable smart homes in 20 out of 100 Smart cities of India in 15 phases by 2025.
About Smart Homes SmartHomes is a professionally managed young and enterprising real estate organisation that has a clear focus to develop affordable housing in India. SmartHomes has a team that has over 200 man years of experience in development of residential apartments in group housing projects. Our team of promoters, partners, associates, engineers and architects has delivered more than 100 million square feet of housing and commercial projects across India. The management team has access to strong infrastructure and skilled professionals to see through the major and minor projects with ease. The management team has worked in more than 100 plus real estate projects cumulatively. Management team has worked with brands such as Amrapali Group, Gaursons, Gulshan Homes, Prateek Homes, Morpheus Developers and many more. SmartHomes plans to build 100 thousand affordable apartments in phased manner in the ticket size of 26,250 USD to 125,125 USD in over 900 Acres of land with an average land size of each site expected to be up to 25 acres of maximum. Smart Homes is to develop and market 1000 Acres in plotted development projects in Dholera SIR and Ahmadabad!!
About Smart Homes Management Teams proficiency in residential projects have been very well received and recognized over the years. The team has the experience in Land and acquisition, Construction, Architecture Design and Layout of Group Housing, Structural Design and Engineering of projects in group Housing, Liaising with Government departments for Group housing projects to seek various permissions related to projects, Sales and Marketing of group housing projects and Finance in Real Estate Industry. In the first phase the Smart Homes plans to constructing 10,000+ houses and Smart Homes is exploring partnerships with like-minded Investors and Partners to fuel the growth of business. We welcome FDIs like Private Equity, Debt Funds to join hands with us and invest in our projects. Indian Government has relaxed the norms for FDIs to invest in Real estate sector for the faster growth in the Real Estate sector.

Meenakshi Khurana - Managing Director (LinkedIn : http://in.linkedin.com/in/meenakshi1) Meenakshi holds a degree in Masters of Business Management from IMT Ghaziabad and she specializes in Sales, Marketing and Brand Building. She has a vast International Experience of 14 years and she wants to build SmartHomes as one of the reliable brand for value homes in India. Her Entrepreneurial Venture Smart Homes is her second venture. Her first venture which she is still running successfully is in Digital Marketing and there she is helping various domestic and international companies to build brands. She has helped companies like Vodafone, Orange, AT&T to grow their business and increase the sales for their products. Her focus is to create an International brand for our Real Estate Development Company that builds high quality efficient and smart residential apartments in group housing projects of India. She plans to use smart technology to build SmartHomes that are efficient in usage of electricity, green homes etc.
Management Team He has more than 35 years of experience in the field of Building and construction of housing and commercial buildings. Vijay Kumar Wali - Director Operations (LinkedIN:http://in.linkedin.com/pub/vijay-k-wali/b1/34/504/en) A thorough Engineer by profession with more than three decades of experience in construction of residential and commercial projects. Earlier he was working with PWD (Public Works of Department, J&K, India) and had retired from there as Executive Engineer. During his tenure at PWD, he was part of various projects that involved the development of buildings and infrastructure like Srinagar residential quarter, Old Secretariat Complex, Civil Secretariat building in Srinagar, Srinagar Municipal Corporation, University Convocation Complex, etc. An I.I.T Roorkee Alumnus (1986), Ar. Deepak Mehta's prolific 30 year career is synonymous with a futuristic architectural vision, sound technical knowledge, practical planning and effective time management. By dint of sheer hard work, he has managed to gain experience of designing and developing over 90,000 dwelling units all over the country. No wonder that he has been widely regarded and accepted as a master of multi-storied group housing projects. He holds a PhD degree specializing in Foundation analysis of High Rise buildings around Yamuna river belt in NCR Delhi Region. He has been a co-author on various white papers. Padam Kumar - Structural Design Head (Proposed) He has more than 30 years of experience in Structural Design. He has worked in more than 100 residential projects till date and 25 commercial projects in India. He has prepared structural design and drawing for the buildings. His forte lies in providing economical and safe foundation system for the structure as per the soil investigation report. He is responsible for the site inspection, resolving site related problems and providing help in translating the structural design into reality.
Management Team Rupinder Singh CEO & Business Strategy (LinkedIn : http://hk.linkedin.com/in/rupindersingh1) He has more than 20 years of experience in Business strategy. He holds a degree in Master of Business Administration from world top 25 schools, Manchester business School. He also holds a degree in Mechanical Engineers from R.V. College of Engineering. He has experience of International Marketing and basically his experience revolves around analysing different businesses, markets and based on research and extensive studies building and implementing a strategy that is best suited to the business. He has worked with GEC, Marconi in their Merger and acquisitions team. He has been instrumental in the acquisitions of around 3 billion USD for GEC in telecom sector.
Management Team Kumar Gaurav Chartered Accountant & Financial Controller Kumar has experience of working as a CA for various Indian and International Businesses. He has extensive knowledge of Indian and International Taxation laws. He has acted as Auditors to various government and private organizations. He has been associated with companies like NTPC Limited, Corporation Bank, Central Bank of India, Neuerth Group (UAE & Ethiopia), Union Bank of India, Stoneteknik WLL (Qatar) and many more..
