Providing free and confidential counseling services to address mental health challenges, promote wellbeing, and offer crisis management and outreach. Emphasizing recognition, response, and referral for individuals facing disconnected, unproductive, and stressed situations. Promoting resilience, insight, vitality, equity, and health through self-care, stress management, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence. Encouraging meaningful engagement and social justice while recognizing and responding to safety concerns for academic and psychological threats. Prioritizing proactive and direct responses, active listening, concrete help, and appropriate referrals to confidential resources in emergencies.
