NON-SUBSTANTIVE TARIFF CHANGES (STYLE GUIDE) SPP will be referred to as Market Operator Reference only Minimum Economic Capacity Operating Limit and Maximum Economic Capacity Operating Limit removal of minimum/maximum limits and use of emergency limit (During holistic review we determined that other design choices led to the additional limits being unnecessary resulting in simplified design.)
