Our Goal to connect the Council to the World IR Position Concept In cooperation with the council leadership, the council international representative sets up a communications and organizational plan that will make it possible to keep the council membership informed of the opportunities for program enrichment in the area of international Scouting. IC Mission To promote youth membership growth in the Boy Scouts of America by providing opportunities for Scouts to become active citizens of the world by empowering and equipping local council international activities through effective adult volunteers who support World Scouting. 5

The key to fulfillment is in the hands of council and district Scouters like yourself. You can unlock the door to adventure so that one day they will say: It was all that I hoped for and more! 11
