Life Sciences Pharmacology (54hrs) CA CNA Certificate High school equivalency Meet Reading Proficiency Meet Math Proficiency Must have a combined GPA of 2.0 or higher in pre-req courses

Two options: 1. Bachelor s degree or higher from an accredited college 2. College Level Reading
Three options: 1. Bachelor s degree or higher from an accredited college 2. Successful completion High school Algebra 2 or higher 3. Completes MATH 680
Two Options: 1. BIOLOGY 60 2. ANATOMY 1 (Human Anatomy) AND PHYSIOLOGY 1 (Human Physiology) Either choice must be Completed within seven (7) years of the application deadline
Pharmacology (54hrs) 3 unit VN225 or ADN225
CNA Certificate Valid, current CA certificate
