  3. Take a minute to discuss with your neighbor: What are some reasons a VEHICLE may be rejected for the road test ? Improper or expired inspection sticker Poor brakes Interior not reasonably clean Fast engine idle Missing seatbelts AND

  4. NOTICE THE LACK OF TREAD Got a penny???

  5. This means there is an obstruction (console) blocking the inspector from reaching a brake in the test car. The next pictures are examples of some vehicles that would PASS , and some that would be REJECTED
