Bath is a World Heritage Site for four reasons: Hot springs Landscape setting Georgian architecture Roman Baths
World Heritage Sites are managed by UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation). In 1972 UNESCO set up the World Heritage List to protect important sites for all the peoples of the world. Bath was declared a World Heritage Site in 1987.

How did Patrimonito help to protect the World Heritage Sites? Stopped damage by pollution from buses. Prevented poachers from shooting wildlife. Stopped people from drawing graffiti. Reminded people not to drop litter.
