Administrative body like the LDO Department of Law Enforcement deals with complaints outside of courts, offering legal guidance, amicable solutions, and handling appeals without direct court involvement. The Anti-Discrimination Tribunal, a key entity, has powers to issue binding administrative decisions and fines. Tribunals serve as an alternative to judicial courts, and their decisions can be appealed to a court of justice. The process involves written procedures, translators, and adherence to specific guidelines to ensure fair resolution.
