  8. WHAT IS INTEGRITY? the state of being COMPLETE and WHOLE. implying that a person of integrity is the same person at all times.

  12. WHY IS INTERGRITY IMPORTANT? It builds TRUST. It produces INFLUENCE. It facilitates HIGH STANDARDS. It results to a solid REPUTATION, not just an IMAGE.

  13. WHY IS INTERGRITY IMPORTANT? It means LIVING it myself before leading others. It is the FOUNDATION of character. It is not determined by CIRCUMSTANCE.

  14. A TEST: Are we building image or integrity? CONSISTENCY Are we the same person no matter who we are with? CONSIDERATION Do we make decisions that are best for others when another choice would benefit you? CREDIT Are you quick to recognize others for their efforts and contributions to your success?
