He is an author of both fiction and non-fiction for adults and children. One of his adult books, Reasons to Stay Alive, was a number one bestseller, staying in the British top ten for 46 weeks. He has sold over 3 million books worldwide.

People can suffer from depression in many ways depending on their influences. Depression can be influenced by genetic, biological, environmental, and psychological factors. It is no single cause and can be caused by multiple factors in a person s life.
