  2. Personality Traits It is any distinguishable, relatively enduring way in which one individuals differ from another. Types of Personalities Introvert and Extrovert Personality 2. Type A and Type B Personality 3. Judging and Perceptive Personality 1.

Introvert and Extrovert Personality Introvert Personality : These kind of people process their thoughts and ideas within themselves, they avoid social contacts, avoid initiating interactions with other group mates, withdrawn, quite and isolated. Extrovert Personality : They are simply speaking, friendly, sociable, lively, aggressive, express their feelings and ideas openly.

Good at greeting and remembering people 4. Act quickly, sometimes without thinking 5. Like to have people around 6. Communicate freely 7. Impatient with long slow work Like variety and action 5. Work alone 6. Have problem in communication 7. Don t mind working on single project for long 8. Dislike telephone interaction and get disturbed with it 8. Likes interruptions

  5. Type A and Type B Personality Type A Personality : They are characterized by hard work , high achievements, impatient, workaholics, being aggressive they are more prone to heart attacks. Type B Personality : They are easy going, sociable, laid back, non competitive, no urgency to complete any work. They are better at task involving judgments accuracy.

  6. Judging and Perceptive Personality Judging Personality : People with these personality like to follow plans, make decisions and does only what is important for work . Perceptive Personality : People with these personality adapt well to changes, they wants to know all about jobs and sometimes gets over committed.

Trouble in deciding things 4. May start too many projects , but face difficulty in finishing 5. Want to know all about their job. 6. Tends to be curious and welcome new information on things Adapt well to changing situations 3. Decide things too quickly 4. May not notice new changes needed to be done 5. Want only essential things needed to begin their work 6. Satisfied only once they reach a judgement on a thing.
