Dangerous Isms Facing The Lords People Agnosticism Two Forms Philosophical- The belief that we cannot know anything about reality, that nothing relating to things, events, or thoughts can be absolutely true for all people at all times. This ideology extends to our very existence. The true philosophical agnosticism believes that even true existence cannot be known!
Dangerous Isms Facing The Lords People Agnosticism Two Forms Theological- The theological agnosticdoes not assert that God does not exist for that would make him an atheist. He simply affirms that it cannot be proven that God exist!
Dangerous Isms Facing The Lords People Agnosticism Two Types Unlimited Agnosticism- Asserts that all knowledge or no knowledge, either we can know it all or we can know nothing at all! The question can we truly know anything? The unlimited agnostic would respond by saying I don t know
Dangerous Isms Facing The Lords People Agnosticism Two Types Limited Agnosticism- This aspect of agnosticism states that we can only know something about finite (physical) reality but cannot know anything about infinite (eternal/spiritual) realty such as God. Dangerous Isms Facing The Lords People Agnosticism He contended that the content of knowledge came through the five senses, while the structure of knowledge came from the rationalism of the mind. Since people sometimes sense things differently, and since one person may reason differently from another that there could be no absolute knowledge at all! Immanuel Kant

REVELATION 20:11 Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. (Revelation 20:10 13 NKJV)
