In order to safely and effectively deliver educational programs,
many schools have had to change their academic calendars and
institutional characteristics. Pay close attention to the following
potential institutional characteristics:

Decreased weeks of instructional time
2.
Deferred Start Dates
3.
The addition of Intersessions
4.
Transition to Modules
5.
Increasing the Frequency of Start Dates

1.
Changing from a standard fall-spring term to trimester,
quarter, modular or clock hour program may impact award
amounts.
2.
Students in non-term and certain non-standard term
programs must successfully complete the credit or clock-
hours 
and
 weeks of instructional time to receive subsequent
disbursements.
3.
Students who enroll in, but don’t attend a module may not
receive financial aid assistance for that module.
