Rescheduling a Game Rescheduling a Game: All game changes must be to the assignor by May 1st and within the 2 week grace period. After that, reschedule requests must be made by the home team within 48 hours of the cancellation and only for field and referee problems. When things come up during the season and changes are necessary, contact the assignor first, with other dates in mind, before making changes with MYSA. Always include the game number when making your reschedule request. Games can also be played on weekends as long as there are refs available. Weather - arrive at the field, the center ref will make the decision on the field 30/30 Rule - know the guidelines! Field Conditions - we should be notified by noon if a field is closed and we will try to move the game instead of canceling it. Check trsaonline.org for closures. Game Cancellations/Fines: Game cancellations and fines $100-$400 Failure to report a game score will result in a fine
Team Budgets Making the Budget: Teams decide the Team Budget Tournaments, Winter Sessions, Coaches Fee s, End of Year Party, etc, etc These should be agreed upon by the team parents do not create an environment where team fee s are preventing players form participating. All players do not need to participate in all events TRSA has financial assistance available but NOT for Team Fee s - ONLY for Registration fees (applications through Registrar) Managing the Budget: TRSA does not pay team fees. That means that all tournaments, coaches fees, etc must be paid/managed by the team. Manager s pay the tournament fees and then receive payback from the players Manager s create a payment schedule that generate fee s for tournaments prior to registration TRSA does not host team accounts, this falls on the Manager TRSA does have Team Budget Forms (.xls) to help manage player payments TRSA does pay Winter Session fee s Teams will be billed individually and Managers will need to provide TRSA reimbursement
NEW in 2015 Competitive Mentoring/Recreational Training Bring the TRSA Competitive spirit to our Recreational U6-U12 Team s TRSA is requiring that all Competitive Teams partner with a Recreation team and LEAD 2 - 1 hour practices during the Recreation Season *You pick the dates TRSA DOC s will create the practice plan, You simply run the practice. Creating an example for both the players and the coaches. TRSA will donate $200 to each team upon successful completion of the training sessions
