Building capacity in health and nutrition security in Namibia has been a significant journey led by Professor Sylvester R. Moyo, the Founding Dean of the Faculty of Health and Applied Sciences at Namibia University of Science and Technology. The evolution from a starting point of four programs to the establishment of a comprehensive range of undergraduate and postgraduate offerings, including the successful Human Nutrition program, reflects a commitment to addressing the country's health needs through education, research, and partnerships.
