GOOD PRACTICES TO TAKE FORWARD Good working relationship amongst the teams of cadres at all levels across the service delivery platform Need to provide feedback and listen to perspectives from communities Encourage participatory meetings Local passionate and committed champions to run the program to enhance and sustain ownership Sufficient threshold for leadership-Let not perfection become the enemy of progress

CPD accreditation is a good incentive Peer-review and feedback loops are important for contionuos quality improvement Engaged clinicians in topics they want to learn Interactive video sessions model (Zoom)- a sustainable and scalable platform for district clinician education and mentorship - how can this be scaled up across districts and Provinces?

Clinical audits are an important tool for quality improvement in clinical governance Partnerships are important enablers Use of digital Apps for referrals will strengthen continuity of care across the service delivery platform The availability of IT infrastructure e.g routers for connectivety is an important enabler Creating repositiries of clinical protocols and other resources is important
GOOD PRACTICES TO TAKE FORWARD CONT.. How can we expand and scale up good practices such as the BAMSI initiative / 3 foot model BAMSI Model for doctors - how do we expand to clinical nurse practioners What are the ingredients and ecosystems to successfully expand these initiatives to other districts / provinces Alignment of separate initiatives eg Quality learning circles / DCST / 3 Foot model ( Integration) Getting all members of the team to be excited about quality and the vision from the porter - CHWS - Nurse - doctor Distributed leasdership across the service platform - right down to frontline staff - Paying attention to capabilities, alignment of goals and concertive action within the trenches
GOOD PRACTICES TO TAKE FORWARD CONT.. Continous quality improvement is way of being, and is a lifelong learning maraton How do we learn from each other, spread and implement good practices faster in the country?
