The strategic objectives of the university in the implementation of the COMPASS project Creating conditions for the realization of the right to education throughout life for adults Creation and development of continuing vocational training programs including distance learning LLL Creating the conditions for the formation of key competencies and improving the functional literacy of the adult population. Increase istitutional capacity for effectie implementation of lifelong learnings programms The development of infrastructure and technologies for adult continuous education to ensure the personal growth and self-fulfillment of different categories of the adult population. www.compass-project.md

Activities aimed at improving LLL University Management and Governance Study visits on ULLL strategy development (University of Barcelona, Catholic University of Louvaian, Danube University in Kreams) Have been established the priority areas of the University on LLL Re-evaluated the university structure from the perspective of implementation LLL Institutional level The following documents have been developed, discussed and approved by the Senate: - Regulations on the Center for Lifelong Learning - Institutional strategy LLL www.compass-project.md

Development of University Lifelong Learning within the institution Participation in training courses for LLL trainers to create training programs with the support of strategic partners Held selection of institutional trainers which will contribute with the development of university life long learning courses within the institution Needs analysis and conceptualization development of new ULLL programs Elaboration / development of the curriculum of the LLL university programs: www.compass-project.md

6. Development of University Lifelong Learning Courses (ULLL) within the COMPASS project Implementation and development of trainings in the educational environment Objective: To teach the methodology of organizing and conducting trainings The target audience: employees of educational institutions Quality management systems (QMS) audit. Internal audit of QMS according to ISO 9001 Objective: organization and conduct of audits in accordance with ISO standards Interactive systems in the educational environment Objective: To develop the competence of modern teachers in the use of interactive technologies to create didactic products. The target audience: specialists involved in organizing and conducting internal audits of quality management systems at the enterprise The target audience: teachers development within the COMPASS project www.compass-project.md

7. Development of University Lifelong Learning courses within the institution Disseminate information about developed courses Approve of LLL training programs at university level and course curriculum in Senat Elaborate didactic support for the course and placing on MOODLE Select participants who will follow the training courses Piloting of new ULLL courses in University (May - June) www.compass-project.md
