However, for a variety of reasons, AI's capacity to completely replace workers in many fields is still limited. AI vs Human Firstly, AI cannot fully understand the complexities of human well-being and how to improve office culture within an organization. Human recruiters are social and better at building relationships with candidates, which is crucial for a strong network between recruiters and candidates. Secondly, AI cannot be persuasive, as it relies on hard facts on resumes and cannot negotiate offers or finer details. Empathy and understanding emotions are essential for successful recruitment, and AI cannot replace these qualities.
Furthermore, AI would require rewriting its algorithm to suit urgent situations, which would consume time and resources. Additionally, AI cannot sense intelligence and emotion, which are essential qualities for determining a candidate's fit into the organization. Lastly, AI could be biased, as its algorithms are based on input and limited data, resulting in biased results. Recruiters can provide valuable feedback and inside insights into hiring and company culture, which may impact candidates' decisions and ability to navigate corporate life.
