  2. 4876 Agency Contact Config Tucker Brown 2 SunGuide Software Users Group 1/16/20

  3. Issue and Proposed Enhancement Issue: When a new device (or one that has never produced an alert) send an alert, EM needs to make a contact based on the device for the event. This fails if the user handling the alert doesn t have permission to create contacts. Proposed Enhancement Allow the system to add the contact as an Administrator so that this will succeed and the user can continue to manage the event, even though they do not have permission to create contacts. 3 SunGuide Software Users Group 1/16/20

Proposed Enhancement Update to use the newest version of VLC Potential benefits Some newer devices are having issues with older version of VLC Lower frame rate videos have less issues with newer versions General stability 6 SunGuide Software Users Group 1/16/20

  8. 5095 BlueMAC Reporting Old Tags Causing SG Driver to Spike CPU Usage Tucker Brown 8 SunGuide Software Users Group 1/16/20

  9. Issue and Proposed Enhancement Issue: BlueMac device in D5 started reporting old tags (multiple days old). The increase in tags from all devices started to put additional load on the servers. Proposed Enhancement Tags are expired based on a tag horizon value PER LINK which means until a match occurs, we would know which horizon to use. This change would use the maximum horizon (from all links of a detector) to discard tags as soon as they come into the system. Intend to deploy at D5 to see if there is a noticeable impact but wanted to give the SSUG a heads up. 9 SunGuide Software Users Group 1/16/20

  10. QUESTIONS? 10 SunGuide Software Users Group 1/16/20

  11. RCA ConOps Tucker Brown 11 SunGuide Software Users Group 1/16/20

  12. Issue Issue: The ConOps was written to provide each operator with a unique login to the remote system. Comments have been submitted that would rather change this to a single login for all users on the remote system. Pros This is how the system is implemented in Texas so the integration would be easier User Management on both the local and remote systems is easier Cons All users get the same view of devices and same levels of permissions 12 SunGuide Software Users Group 1/16/20
