  4. Getting Ready to Order Took a VISA training session Set up the Amazon.ca account Obtained instructions to place, receive and process the order request through our LIS (SIRSI) Created an email template to inform patron that their book has received

  5. Order Process Receive requests from patrons via a Liaison Librarian or library staff member by email or in-person at the Information Desk Search and Order the book in Amazon.ca In SIRSI Create order record and file paperwork

  6. Our Order Musts in Amazon.ca In Stock Shipped and sold by Amazon.ca (no 3rdparties) 1 or 2 day shipping option

  7. Into the Patrons Hands In SIRSI Receive book Check out the book to patron Do minimal physical processing Email patron that the book is ready for pick up or drop off The result is a patron! AVG. time from order to the patron s hands 3 Business Days
